Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs.
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
5. Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain principles.
3. Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
