Key Responsibilities

1. Perform assembly tasks such as drilling components and placing parts.
2. Handle materials, including slab and glass installations, and operate various power tools and equipment.
3. Use measurement tools accurately.
4. Conduct quality checks during assembly stages.
5. Monitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors.
6. Follow all safety and quality procedures.
7. Maintain records of production activities, including reporting missing components or product issues.
8. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and efficiency.
9. CNC machinery experience is a plus.

Must be safety-conscious.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing (6 months to 1 year preferred). Willing to train with the right attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to stand for 9 hours, lift/maneuver products (30-50 lbs).
• Manual dexterity for handling materials.
• Experience with power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
• Eligible to work in Canada and be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for shift rotation (day shift 6 AM - 2:30 PM).
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturday shifts when required.
