Fountain Tire in Sudbury Barrydowne is seeking a dependable General Labourer to join our team. You will perform warehouse tasks, pick orders, receive trailers, load and unload trucks, and help maintain accurate inventory while delivering friendly service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately to meet KPI targets.
• Receive trailers by sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standards.
• Load and unload delivery trucks to meet deadlines and customer commitments.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructions.
• Assist in inventory management through documentation and counts.
• Work alone and with a team to increase warehouse efficiency.

Fountain Tire (Sudbury Barrydowne) an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a General Labourer!

You will be responsible for:

• Picking Orders accurately by making sure KPI targets are met
• Receiving trailers by Sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standards
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner in order to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
• Maintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructions
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts
• Work alone and with a team to proactively increase the efficiency of the warehouse

What does it take to get on track?

• Someone with previous experience would be great, however we are willing to train motivated individuals with a positive attitude
• A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is an asset
• A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
• A keen attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
