General Labour - Production Workers & Helpers:

The Production Worker position offers support and takes the lead in the day-to-day production and packaging of agricultural parts, assembling transit bus windows, and assembling driver protection systems. We are looking for individuals who are team-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

The Successful Candidate's Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assembly cell type of work specifically for Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, and glass materials.
• Working with your hands, lifting and moving large pieces of metal, and standing for hours at a time requires physical strength and stamina.
• Assisting machine operators with machine setup, quality control, deburring, stocking and preparing materials for shipment.
• Use of precision measurement instruments.
• Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Performing quality checks to ensure items meet quality standards.
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals.

The Ideal Candidate for This Opportunity Will Have:

• Strong ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals.
• The ability to lift to 50 lbs. continuously when required.
• The ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ability to read/interpret drawings/breakdowns.
• Understanding the importance of producing quality products.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
