General Labourer – Active, Indoor and Outdoor, Hands‑On Role | Calgary, AB

If you enjoy working outdoors, staying physically active, and seeing the results of your work every day, this role is for you. In this role you support the installation and upkeep of highly visible signage and structures throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. This is an ideal position for individuals who prefer physical, hands‑on work over sitting at a desk. This role suits candidates who are physically fit, dependable, safety‑focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and servicing of commercial signage and street structures
• Perform hands‑on work such as basic repairs, painting, and graffiti removal
• Load, secure, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Work at heights using aerial equipment (training provided)
• Pressure wash vehicles, trailers, and structures as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, trailers, tools, and shop areas
• Follow all safety procedures and complete required safety documentation
• Support the crew with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
