What We Have to Offer

• Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
• Up to 40 hours/week
• Hourly rate: As per CBA

Position Summary

Reporting to the Hatchery Superintendent, the General Labourer is responsible for processing quality poultry products and performing various tasks related to the hatchery process. This role involves fulfilling a variety of tasks within the hatchery while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Work in the hatchery, rotating through various tasks related to the hatching process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in warm, cool, humid, and dusty environments.
• Some heavy lifting required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Good attendance and work ethic are essential.
