Responsibilities

• Care for and maintain cannabis plants through all cultivation stages including cloning, transplanting, pruning, harvesting, trimming and packaging.
• Mix nutrients, monitor irrigation, and track plant growth to ensure crops reach full potential.
• Sanitation of facilities and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
• Document data and complete production batch records for regulatory compliance and traceability.
• Operate processing equipment and assist with setup/maintenance of post-harvest areas.
• Follow SOPs and GPP to meet Health Canada standards.
• Support a positive, team-oriented culture and promote Auxly’s safety, quality and innovation.
• Contribute to other cultivation or post-harvest activities as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Caring for andmaintainingcannabis plants through all stages of cultivation - cloning, transplanting, pruning, pest management, harvesting, trimming, and packaging.
• Mixing nutrients,monitoringirrigation systems, and tracking plant growth to ensure every crop reaches its full potential.
