Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have a Location Assistant opportunity at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Melfort, SK. This role will require you to work independently at our NH3 site in addition to our high-throughput facility.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate NH3 equipment and oversee work at the NH3 site.
2. Operate other facility equipment such as blenders.
3. Load and unload grain and crop inputs, and perform other plant operations duties.
4. Perform general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Five years of experience working with NH3 product and equipment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to support staff and oversee the work of others.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• An agricultural background is preferred.
