General Labourer – Stoney Creek Student Works (Full-Time)

Stoney Creek Student Works is seeking driven individuals to join us as General Labourers for the 2025 season. In this full-time role, you’ll work alongside a crew to complete daily jobs across Stoney Creek, Hamilton, and Grimsby — including window and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and polymeric sanding.

This dynamic and hands-on position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering great service with a strong sense of pride and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and polymeric sanding
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete daily jobs on time
• Interact professionally with homeowners and represent the company respectfully
• Stay engaged and proactive with local marketing and lead generation (door-to-door, etc.)
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and ability to perform in fast-paced outdoor environments
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and basic equipment
• Clear and confident communication skills when speaking with homeowners
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Access to a vehicle is preferred, but not necessary
• No prior experience required — full training is provided
