Job summary

Adecco is hiring a General Labourer in Brighton, ON to support our client's industrial team. The role includes a variety of physical tasks, with emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Pay is $20/hour with a temporary to full-time path. Availability includes 7:00 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday, or 4:00 pm–2:30 am, Monday–Thursday. Benefits and training programs are available after qualification.

Qualifications

• Previous general labourer experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in an environment with paint odors.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for refinishing (paint use is required).
• Oversee quality checks and material handling.
• Coordinate and work in a team environment.
• Load/Unload shipping containers.
• Stack pallets for production.
• Other duties as assigned.
