Training is provided on dayshift for a few weeks; a manufacturing background is preferred. The position offers afternoon/night shifts with a competitive hourly wage.

Location: Guelph South
Wage: $20.96/hr. + $1 shift premium (Afternoon/Night)
Shift: Afternoons 3?pm-11?pm | Nights 11?pm-7?pm Monday to Friday

We are seeking Fabric Technicians for a bright, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility for future opportunities. Successful candidates will be responsible for fusing and heat-sealing fabrics while meeting production standards.

Job Description

• Read and interpret fabric drawings
• Fuse large fabric pieces together using heat sealing equipment
• Work collaboratively in a small team environment
• Stand, bend, squat, pull, and lift materials (team lifting often required)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all company health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically active tasks including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting
• Team-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
• Comfortable in a bright, temperature-controlled workspace
• No safety shoes required; footwear should have white soles to avoid marking fabric
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
