Urgent hiring - No experience is required - Training will be provided.

Guaranteed hourly wage of $22/h + productivity bonus + commission (average earning of $24-30/h based on what our technicians are making now).

Must be able to work full time from around 7:00am to around 4:00pm weekdays!

Weed Man has been a trusted employer for over 50 years in your local community and is Canada's largest lawn care company. We are currently hiring full-time Lawn Care Technicians and no experience is necessary. We provide an amazing opportunity for you to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Some of the services you will be performing are fertilizer, weed control and aerations which are done in the months of February – November.
• Speak with customers after services are completed.
• Maintaining quality and consistency for your customers' lawn throughout the application season.
• Work in teams generating leads as part of our outdoor marketing campaigns in the winter months from November to February.
• Maintain expected production schedules.
• Completion of reporting and paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain the cleanliness of your assigned truck and equipment.
• Drive company vehicles in a safe and defensive manner.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance.

Qualifications And Skills

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Time management and task oriented.
• May be required at certain times of the year to work 40+ hours per week.
• Saturdays may be required in the peak season.
• B.C. - Must have a Class 5 or 7 / Class N - Driver’s license in good standing.
