Job Description

We offer a guaranteed hourly wage of $19/h + productivity bonus + commission, with an average earning of $22-27/h based on current technician earnings.

Start working as soon as possible. We are looking for an entry-level general labor/lawn care technician who can work full-time. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. Responsibilities

There are 2 seasons for this full-time, permanent position:

From April to October

• Apply fertilizers and weed control products that are safe and government-approved.
• Generate truck sales by introducing our services to neighbors after each application.
• Analyze and recommend lawn improvements.
• Maintain schedules and complete paperwork accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and maintain a professional appearance.

From October to April

• Outdoor lead generation for prospective customers—no selling involved.
• Travel to residential locations with the Marketing and Promotion Team.
• Introduce our services and gather interest for free lawn care estimates.
• Leads are generated when customers agree to be contacted for a quote; no payment or selling involved.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• G or G2 License in good standing.
• Availability to work Saturdays in peak months (May, June, September, October).
