Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Scarborough as a General Labour:

• Required to be mechanically inclined in a production setting, with previous experience in machine setup
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain cleanliness throughout the manufacturing facility
• Perform general material handling duties
• Assist machine operators and crew with other duties as assigned
• Assist operators with set-ups, including setting feed guides, air, pressure, rolls, feed, gauge belts, and clearing jam-ups
• Consult with the operator regarding order sequence
• Load tags and prepare the next order or close the current order
• Manually feed stock into the machine, ensuring it is continually full
• Check sheets for de-lamination, off register, defects, etc. / Conduct quality checks
• Report machine, equipment, quality, or production issues immediately to the supervisor
• Perform lockout procedures according to posted safety standards
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout, 5S, AIB, etc.
• Be conscious of customer needs at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
