Position Summary

PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent General Laborer - Floater to support first shift operations (7:30 am - 4:00 pm).

Responsibilities

The General Laborer – Floater will be trained across various departments and equipment, performing a variety of tasks. This role involves rotating between processes based on operational needs. Responsibilities include reading and verifying job orders, setting up, and executing manufacturing processes.

• Set up and operate different machinery (e.g., die-cutter, scrubber, laminator) according to department procedures and job requirements.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment.
• Perform panel cleaning for surface preparation (manual/machine scrubbing).
• Conduct die-cutting of panels.
• Operate Spartanics punching for tooling on panels.
• Lay up cover coat of circuit boards.
• Lay up stiffeners on circuit boards.
• Perform dry film lamination of circuit boards.
• Uphold the company's core values: Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
• Adhere to the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Report quality problems or defects to management for corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all management levels.
