Job summary

Dexterra Group is seeking a General Helper/Food Service Clerk in Mississauga to support our food services team. You will handle clerical tasks within the food services function, provide excellent customer service, and help ensure a positive patient experience.

Your daily responsibilities include receiving and filling menu requests, stocking stations, food prep duties, order fulfillment, cleaning and sanitization, temperature checks, and using the POS system.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum in Food Service Industry.
• Excellent customer service skills, auditing skills, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock station requirements.
• General station productions, chopping, baking, assembling and packaging goods.
• Complete customer order request.
• Assist other stations in down time.
• General cleaning and sanitization duties, sweeping, mopping.

As a General Helper/Food Service Clerk, reporting to the Food Services Director, you will perform a variety of clerical taskswithin the food services function. This position requires excellent customer service skills, auditing skills, attention to detail and is an essentialcontributor to excellent patient experience.
