Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food & Beverage - Buffet Attendant for Downtown Toronto on a part-time basis. You will support buffet stations, replenish items, and ensure high-quality service during shifts.

Ideal candidates are physically fit with good attendance, hold a food safety certificate, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision of the First Cook, maintain and monitor buffet stations throughout service periods.
• Replenish food items, dishes, utensils, and serving equipment at buffet stations to ensure continuous availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including countertops, serving surfaces, and surrounding floors.
• Monitor food presentation and temperature compliance on buffet stations and steam tables.
• Prepare and stock beverage stations, condiment containers, and service supplies.
• Assist guests with buffet service inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Clear and reset buffet stations between service periods and at end of shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
