Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness of dishes and kitchen areas, ensuring sanitation and safety standards. You will support the dishwashing station, assist with light maintenance, and uphold a positive service attitude in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and adherence to safety policies and PPE usage. Location-based variations may apply across sites in Canada.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain dishwashing station and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and proper food safety and sanitation procedures.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized
• Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned
• Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets

The pay range for this position is $18.85 - $18.85.
