WHAT'S THE JOB?

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of maintenance and repair skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service. This role involves performing various tasks to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and safe for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
2. Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
3. Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
4. Strip and wax floors to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
5. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
7. Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed.
8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
3. Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
4. Experience with floor stripping and waxing.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
