What We're Looking For
  • Minimum eight (8) years of oilfield construction experience in all aspects
  • Minimum four (4) years of supervision experience
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and work with workers under supervision
  • Organize self and crew to meet safety, professional, and time expectations
  • Maintain a strong safety presence and follow Alstar's Safety Management Program
  • Lead adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Supervise workforce (generally up to 30 workers)
  • Interpret PID's, GA's, and plot plans
  • Assist in document control, workflow, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control
  • Focus on corporate needs and apply them to team tasks
  • Responsible for daily site operations
  • Participate in forecasting and planning upcoming scopes
  • Organize crews, equipment, tools, and rentals efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
  • Communicate effectively with Project Superintendent and Construction Manager
  • Understand the Quality Management Program
  • Follow and implement the progressive disciplinary action program
  • Contribute to Daily Progress Reports
