Job summary

Podtech Data Centers Inc., the employing entity and proud member of the IREN Group, seeks a General Foreman to oversee site construction across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines. You will manage daily schedules, equipment, and materials while leading field crews and supervising subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality execution.

• Experience in datacenters, industrial facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (power, backup generation, cooling).
• Ability to read and implement drawings.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced construction environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Safety-first mindset with strong compliance focus.
• Organized and skilled at problem-solving.
• Collaborative approach across teams and disciplines.
• Adaptable to changing project conditions and priorities.
• Must be available to work the shift schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off.

• The hourly rate of pay range for this position is between $45-60 and is reflective of experience
