Our client is a global provider of claims management and outsourcing services, specializes in handling insurance claims for property, casualty, and specialty risks. Operating in over 70 countries, their focuses are on delivering efficient, technology-driven solutions that help clients manage claims, lower costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a General Field Claims Adjuster to join our client, working remotely anywhere from Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating multi-line claims, with a primary focus on property (both commercial and personal lines) through loss investigation. You will also negotiate settlements in line with provincial licensing requirements, while ensuring high production levels and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • Review and analyze expert reports to ensure accurate assessments and informed decision-making in the claims process.
  • Take responsibility for selecting and directing independent experts, ensuring their expertise aligns with the specific needs of each claim.
  • Identify potential subrogation opportunities, actively pursuing avenues for recovery to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of claims handling.
  • Secure and manage litigation disposition plans and budgets, ensuring that legal strategies align with business objectives and that costs are carefully controlled throughout the litigation process.

  • Must have valid adjuster license and CIP designation
