Shared Health at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg is seeking a Medical Imaging technologist for the Diagnostic Imaging - Adult Radiology unit on a term basis. The role involves performing routine radiological procedures on inpatients and outpatients and assisting radiologists with complex procedures.

Applicants should have graduated from an accredited Medical Imaging Technology program, be eligible for CAMRT registration, and demonstrate strong English communication and compassionate patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized Medical Imaging Technology program.
• Eligible for CAMRT registration within three months of hire.
• CPR training as per employer policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine radiological procedures on inpatients and outpatients, including mobile imaging.
• Assist radiologists with Central Line Placements, Fluoroscopy and OR procedures.
• Maintain safety and infection control standards and ensure patient comfort.
