Job summary

CMC Electronics Inc. is seeking a General dishwasher to join the on-site cafeteria team in Montreal. The role supports daily dishwashing operations, maintains cleanliness, and assists with waste disposal under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dishwashing machine operation and reports to supervisor any malfunction of machine.
• Removes waste, cutlery and dishes from trays. Sorts cutlery and dishes and places in special washing trays or in stacks.
• Loads and unloads machine with washing trays and places serving trays and plates on belts.
• Removes washed dishes from conveyor, places in mobile trucks, moves mobile trucks to using location and places dishes in using units.
• Cleans floor in dishwashing area.
• Prepares garbage and food residues for disposal.
• Removes garbage.
• Performs daily maintenance cleaning.
• Performs any other related tasks as assigned.

The General dishwasher and cleaner works under normal supervision of the Charge hand, Supervisor or Manager. Coordinate daily dishwashing helps during peak hours.

As a General dishwasher and cleaner, your key responsibilities include:
