Job Description

Starting Rate of Pay: $17.82/hr CAD

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist in the production and execution of all food items for a la carte and/or banquet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Ensure compliance with hotel EHC policies and standards
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
  • Ensure proper labeling, dating, and storage of all items in the kitchen
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CDP relevant to day-to-day operations
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in the culinary field is an asset
  • Understanding of knife use and safety required
  • Completion of a certified food service handling course required
  • Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline is an asset
  • Valid Alberta driver’s license is an asset
