Job summary

Genius Masters is seeking a construction supervisor to manage field activities onsite in Calgary. You will coordinate multiple crews, read and interpret blueprints, estimate costs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant supervision experience and excellent communication skills. This role requires on-site work at the physical location with no remote option and a focus on productivity and client satisfaction.
