General Clerk/Retail Clerk

We are hiring for a General Clerk/Retail Clerk at our Urban Fare location in Vancouver, BC (False Creek).

Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs.
2. Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
3. Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
4. Maintain the department by ensuring it is well stocked and visually appealing.
5. Display only the freshest products and ensure proper presentation.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues positively.
7. Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure safety and sanitation.
8. Use various equipment, including knives, safely and properly.

4. Retail customer service experience is an asset.

Compensation:

$17.40 - $21.00 per hour, based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
