Prep Cleaner

Elliot Lake Retirement Living (ELRL) is the leading provider of rental housing to retired and non-retired individuals in the province. ELRL owns a total of 1,375 residential units in the City of Elliot Lake.

We are looking for a part-time Cleaner. The successful candidate must possess the following:

• Great time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to produce quality work and deliver properties on time
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
• Clean inside and outside of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, blinds/draperies, and upholstered furniture
• Pre-clean units, including removal of mactac or wallpaper
• Pick up debris and dispose of it
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors
• Clean and disinfect kitchens and bathrooms
• Thoroughly clean inside and out of appliances: fridge, stove, range hood
• Load and unload all cleaning supplies from vehicle to each unit
