Bucks with Trucks Landscaping is a dynamic and growing landscaping company dedicated to creating stunning outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations. From complete landscape installations to hardscaping, we take pride in our workmanship, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

We are currently seeking motivated general labourers and experienced landscape construction professionals to join our hands-on, hardworking crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a tight-knit team, and transforming properties into beautiful landscapes, we’d love to hear from you.

General Labourers:

• Assist with moving materials, digging, planting, and site preparation

• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Support skilled crew members as needed

• Able to drive trucks and trailers is an asset but not required.

• Owning your own vehicle is an asset but not required.

Skilled Labourers:

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features

• Grade, sod, and perform general site layout

• Operate skid steers, excavators, compactors, and other construction machinery

• Interpret landscape drawings and plans accurately

• Lead small teams or work independently as required

• Able to drive trucks and trailers is an asset but not required.

• Owning your own vehicle is an asset but not required.

Requirements

General Labourers:

• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

• Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn

• Previous landscape or construction experience an asset but not required

Skilled Labourers:

• 2+ years of experience in landscaping or construction preferred

• Proficiency with landscape tools, machinery, and installation techniques

• Ability to read and implement landscape plans

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license (Class 5 or higher) preferred
