This hybrid role in Canada requires a bachelor's degree in accounting and 3+ years of experience. Establish and maintains financial policies, fiscal controls, prepares financial reports and safeguards the organization's assess. Pays vendor invoices and receives and posts customer payments on a timely basis. Maintains and reconciles accounts payable/receivable ledger accounts, financial statements and reports. Prepares analyses and reconciliations of bill runs to detect fraud.Position Title: General Accountant

This role is responsible for full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for the company. This role will perform a wide range of accounting related duties to ensure that financial results are reported on time on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
