Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle accounts receivables and accounts payables;
• Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries;
• Prepare bank reconciliations;
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing;
• Prepare inventory reconciliations and adjustments;
• Manage cash flow;
• Prepare GST / HST returns and Corporate Tax installments;
• Prepare debit / credit notes;
• Reconcile trip expense reports;
• Conduct credit analysis and checks;
• Handle all paperwork for foreign exchange transactions;
• Approve CRM transactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• University graduate with an accounting or business degree;
• Student member of CPA or ACCA, working towards a designation;
• 2-3 years of experience in the accounting field;
• Proficiency in Sage 300 ERP, CRM, and QuickBooks accounting software;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger;
• Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin.
