Job summary

Cossette is seeking a GenAI / Generative AI Developer to design and deploy end-to-end agentic workflows and RAG systems. You will map architectures, integrate LLMs and orchestration tools, and collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to deliver robust, production‑quality AI solutions.

You will optimise prompts, handle data in all forms, and ensure observability and API quality. Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript skills are essential, with CI/CD and Docker experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of GenAI experience.
• 3 to 7 years of web/application development experience.
• Strong Python skills and good command of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API testing (Postman).
• Experience with cloud/vector databases (Supabase, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte).

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy end-to-end agentic workflows and RAG systems (LLMs, vector databases, orchestrators, APIs).
• Map and define clear solution architectures from brief to deployment with rigorous documentation (spec-driven development).
• Select, integrate, and optimize LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, VertexAI) and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith).
• Master data in structured, unstructured, and vector forms; design vectorisation and retrieval strategies.
• Optimize prompts for relevance and quality of responses.
• Connect AI agents to vector databases, external APIs, and other digital assets with API testing/documentation best practices.
• Implement traceability and observability tools (LangSmith, LangFuse).
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams as a full co-builder.
