Job summary

Highspring is seeking a Senior Python Developer with experience in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI to support a long-term enterprise initiative. This role focuses on designing scalable Python applications, APIs, and AI tooling within a global delivery environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, enhance internal libraries, and participate in prompt engineering and lifecycle management as new LLM versions arrive.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Python applications and services.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Participate in prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and prompt lifecycle management activities.
• Improve prompts and workflows as new large language model (LLM) versions become available.
• Execute testing, benchmarking, and performance evaluations of AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Monitor application performance and support production environments.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
