Qualifications

• At least 4 years of specialized and hands-on experience in Generative AI
• Expert-level Python programming skills are mandatory. This includes deep familiarity with core Python, as well as extensive proficiency in key libraries for AI/ML and GenAI applications
• Scientific Computing: NumPy, Pandas, SciPy
• Generative AI specific Libraries: Transformers, LangChain
• Demonstrable experience in the full lifecycle of real-world, production-level GenAI project implementation. This includes not just developing models but also deploying, monitoring, and maintaining them in a live environment. Proof-of-concept work alone is insufficient; candidates must articulate the challenges and successes of deploying GenAI solutions at scale
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) principles, and advanced chatbot architectures, with practical experience building and deploying robust solutions
• Extensive knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, including advanced modeling techniques, model evaluation, and deployment strategies
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and optimizing performance for specific use cases
