Kaizen Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Developer to lead cross‑functional initiatives in regulated environments. The candidate will work with Generative AI, LLMs, and a full SDLC, leveraging strong developer tooling and governance knowledge.

Responsibilities include automating SDLC use cases, integrating AI models with AWS resources, and building scalable REST APIs for robust frontend‑to‑backend communication. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years leading cross‑functional programs in banking or regulated enterprises.
• 2+ years working with Generative AI or LLM solutions in production, including prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in SDLC and developer tools such as Git, GitHub, CI/CD, IntelliJ or VS Code, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and working with Power BI (DAX, data models, row‑level security).
• Strong executive communication skills, including steering decks, value narratives, and status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of enterprise governance, architecture review, change management, Responsible AI, and data privacy.
• Experience with Kore.ai.

• The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Generative AI and LLM solutions, as well as a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and developer tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Automate 64 SDLC use cases by implementing prompt automation and utilizing a knowledge repository.
• Integrate cloud services by implementing and managing AI models alongside traditional backend resources across AWS environments.
• Develop robust APIs by constructing scalable REST APIs and managing complex JSON payloads for seamless frontend‑to‑backend communication.
