Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a GCP Infrastructure & Cloud SRE Engineer in Toronto to build scalable cloud platforms, implement IaC, and mature CI/CD with GitOps. You will collaborate across development, security, and infra teams to enable self-service platforms.

The role emphasizes reliability, observability, and cost-aware cloud operations in a hybrid on-site setup.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP services, especially GKE, Compute Engine, Networking, and IAM.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• Experience with SRE practices, observability, incident management, and automation.
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, and Shell scripting.
• Experience building cloud landing zones, developer platforms, and reusable infrastructure services.
• Knowledge of FinOps, cloud security, and enterprise operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage enterprise-scale cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
