Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $25.00~$35.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Plan menus and estimate food requirements
2. Determine size of food portions
3. Prepare and cook complete meals and individual food items
4. Inspect and maintain clean kitchen and service area
5. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
6. Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
7. Manage kitchen operations by supervising kitchen helpers

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
