Job summary

UPS Canada is seeking a warehouse associate in Calgary to load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort and stock packages. Heavy equipment may be used to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs, reading postal codes, and flexible shifts up to five days per week. A Class 5 driver license is required, with a start time of 15:30, Monday through Friday. Warehouse experience is preferred and UPS offers equal opportunity employment.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Warehouse experience - Preferred.
• Must have a valid Red RAIC or must be present in Canada for at least 5 years DA or DAW is preferred without suspension.
• Must have a Class 5 driver license.
• Must be able to available to start work at 1530hrs from Monday to Friday. Some flexibility to start earlier than 1530hrs is preferred.
