Greystone Energy Systems Inc. is seeking a dynamic Field Service Leader to drive gas detection service operations in the Ottawa Region, overseeing calibration, maintenance, and emergency response.

The role blends operational leadership with organizational integration and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate has strong gas detection knowledge, proven field-service leadership, and a track record of transforming service operations.

Qualifications

• Ideally a 2- or 3-year technical diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering.
• Field service experience in gas detection and controls, or adjacent industry (automation and controls).
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field service operations, ensuring scheduling, dispatching and execution of service work.
• Oversee installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of gas detection systems.
• Ensure compliance with CSA standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Drive integration of two field service organizations into a unified, high-performing operation.
• Recruit, train, and mentor field service technicians and support staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients across industries and drive service contract growth.
