Job summary

Discovery Co-operative Ltd. is hiring a Full-Time Gas Bar Attendant II at Carlton Trail Gas Bar located in North Battleford, SK.

You will assist with daily supervision of the Gas Bar team, manage pump island support, cashiering, and provide exceptional customer service to guests. The role requires Grade 12 or equivalent, 18+ years old, and availability to work days, evenings and weekends; prior supervisory and retail experience are assets.

Qualifications

Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Supervisory experience is preferred.
Retail knowledge is an asset.
Experience in customer service is preferred.
Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
Honesty, trustworthiness and a results-oriented attitude.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

Assist the Gas Bar Manager with daily supervision and direction to the Gas Bar/C-Store team.
Provide pump island assistance.
Perform cashiering duties.
Provide information, assistance and exceptional customer service to all guests.
Open, close and perform daily cash-ups.
Assist with confectionary/cigarette ordering and inventory controls.
Conduct daily reconciliations, ordering and receiving to maintain inventory standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
