New Horizon Co-op is hiring a Gas Bar Manager for our Stoneridge location in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

What you'll do :

  1. Provide an excellent customer experience.
  2. Manage all aspects of the Gas Bar, including scheduling, ordering, receiving, merchandising, and pricing of products.
  3. Provide training, leadership, and direction to Team Members.
  4. Develop and achieve operational and budgetary goals such as sales, margins, expenses, inventory, and shrinkage control.
  5. Ensure all Team Members comply with health and safety regulations.
  6. Prepare, complete, and approve performance reviews and development plans for Team Members.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are and what you have :

  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Enthusiastic with good organizational skills.
  • Retail supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong math and basic computer skills.
  • Previous Gas Bar experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of daily gas bar operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, available to work up to 50 hours weekly.
