Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB is hiring for a full-time seasonal role for Spring/Summer 2026. The position involves outdoor grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming and general beautification around hotels and lodges in Jasper. The starting wage is $18.00/hour.

You will work as part of a team delivering guest-focused service in a hospitality setting. Candidates should be detail oriented, customer-service minded and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bring a positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
• Possess the physical ability to perform all cleaning tasks in an assigned time.
• WHMIS knowledge and cleaning experience an asset.
• A clean Driver’s License required; Alberta Class 4 License an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in all aspects outdoor grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, gardening, general beautification of grounds.
• Maintain all areas around hotels, lodge, cabins.
• Regularly use power equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.
• Notify Manager or Supervisor on duty of any safety hazards or concerns.
• Monitor inventory and restock cleaning supplies as required.
• Sweep or shovel exterior decks, walkways, and parking lot as required.
• Watering of plants as required.
• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.
• Other duties as assigned
