THE JOB:

As a Gardener, you will play an integral role in shaping the visual appeal of our resort grounds and interiors. By utilizing expert horticultural practices and your unique skills, you'll create WOW moments for guests as they enjoy the beauty around them.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.90 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

• Day Shift | Full Time
• Winter: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Summer: 6:00am - 2:00pm

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Perform maintenance on landscapes and floral arrangements as directed
• Plant, fertilize, water, prune, and maintain flower beds, trees, shrubs, and turf, ensuring their health and appeal
• Monitor and enhance plant nutrition by checking soil, fertilizer, and moisture levels
• Identify safety hazards in work areas, maintaining high appearance standards for all landscapes
• Use a variety of manual hand tools and equipment to manage landscaping and plant maintenance
• Drive company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between properties
• Operate specialized power equipment, such as blowers, hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, and chainsaws
• Apply pest management and irrigation practices to support healthy plant growth

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Thrives on performing hands-on maintenance
• Has at least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or related field
• Experienced with irrigation systems, pest management, and turf/tree care
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a beautiful experience to every guest
