Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, which will build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships. You play an important role in the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual standards. You also assist with shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment, making you an integral part of the store's success.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience (asset)
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead (preferably in retail)
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Effective time management skills
  • Organized, proactive, hands-on team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service quality
  • Social Media, Mobile Devices, and Computer skills (asset)

Salary Range
