Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful and long-term relationships. You play an important role in the store's daily operations, including inventory management, sales, customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards & visual merchandising. You also assist with shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are a key part of your store's success!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
  • Passion for fashion & customer-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Effective time management to handle multiple tasks
  • Organized, proactive, hands-on team player
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service
  • Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets
