Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrates ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others.
• Demonstrates flexibility, innovation and urgency in changing business environments by contributing ideas and solutions.
