Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. Through effective floor management, you will ensure the promotion of a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion, with an outgoing personality and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment.
• Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning.
• Strong partnership-building and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office.
• Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
