Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. You will ensure a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of your store’s success!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to adapt to changing business needs by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Ability to promote participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others’ ideas
• Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
