Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Associate is to support the team in maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization, managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCommerce order fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising to provide an outstanding shopping experience. You are an essential part of your store's success!

You will play an important role in the daily operations of the store, contributing to inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, while maintaining brand and visual standards.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in retail
