Job summary

Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant Manager for GARAGE stores in Ontario to maximize sales by managing stockrooms, shipments, replenishment, and merchandising.

You will support inventory, e-comm orders, and markdowns while upholding brand standards and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will contribute to inventory optimization, drive sales, and elevate customer satisfaction as part of a dynamic fashion retail team at Groupe Dynamite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing.
• Demonstrate passion for fashion and fashion retail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with solid decision making.
• Show flexibility, innovation, and sense of urgency in changing business conditions.
• Be curious and creative, and simplify processes and procedures.
• Promote collaboration and share best practices within the team.
• Proficient with Social Media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Operations Assistant Manager is to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and by managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, E-comm order fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising in order to provide an outstanding shopping experience to every customer.

You will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You will contribute to optimizing inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure executionof the brand and visual standards in the store. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment
• Has passion for fashion
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills, as well as decision making abilities
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
